90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return any The Well Socks order within 90 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below. Used product is not accepted — items must be unworn and in original condition. This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with any hygiene labels or tags intact.
- The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.
- Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible.
- The "original packaging" requirement does not apply to items received defective, damaged, or incorrect, see the "Damaged or Defective Items" section below.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@thewellsocks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not ship items back without receiving instructions, returns sent to the wrong address may not be eligible for a refund.
- Drop the package off at the carrier indicated on the prepaid return label we provide.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping on all eligible returns. After you contact support@thewellsocks.com with your order number, our team will email you a prepaid return label. There is no out-of-pocket return shipping cost on standard returns or on defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
The original shipping charge (where applicable) is non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, place a new order for the correct size and return the original item under this policy. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@thewellsocks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at your choice, no return shipment required.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned after the 90-day window.
- Items returned used, washed, or with visible signs of wear.
- Items without original packaging (except damaged or defective orders).
- Returns sent without first contacting us for return instructions.
Packaging Differences
Your order may arrive in packaging or under a label name that differs from what appears on the Site. This is a normal part of our multi-region fulfillment model. The product inside is identical to what is shown on thewellsocks.com. Packaging differences alone are not grounds for a return.
