These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thewellsocks.com (the "Site"), operated by ADSHIFT MEDIA LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("The Well Socks", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By checking out, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Orders placed by minors may be cancelled without notice.

2. Products and Health Disclaimer

The Well Socks sells graduated compression socks intended as everyday wellness and comfort products. Our products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body.

If you have a medical condition, including but not limited to vascular disease, deep vein thrombosis, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, skin disorders, or pregnancy-related complications, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience pain, discoloration, numbness, or any adverse reaction.

3. Ordering and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region at checkout, and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract of sale is formed only when we confirm dispatch.

In the event of a pricing error, stock error, or suspected fraudulent order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and accepted third-party providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).

4. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns.

6. Packaging and Fulfillment

Orders may arrive in packaging, or under a label or brand name, that differs from what is shown on the Site. This is a consequence of our multi-region fulfillment model. The product you receive is identical in quality, materials, and specifications to what is described and photographed on thewellsocks.com. Packaging differences alone are not grounds for a return, chargeback, or dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, product designs, and software, is the property of ADSHIFT MEDIA LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK, US, and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information at checkout or in contact forms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without written permission;
  • Initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us in good faith to resolve the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADSHIFT MEDIA LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
