Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
All orders ship free. No minimum purchase and no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery
Total delivery: 6–13 days from order date (includes processing). Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination, carrier workload, weather, and seasonal demand. The Well Socks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to begin updating after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days from dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.
Shipping Area
We currently ship across the United States and Australia. We’re expanding coverage to more regions — follow our email list for updates.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense, or a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Packaging
Your order may arrive in packaging, or under a brand name, that differs from what appears on the Site. This reflects our multi-region fulfillment model. The product itself is identical to what is shown and described on thewellsocks.com, same material, same compression level, same quality. Packaging differences alone are not grounds for a return or refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact support@thewellsocks.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (where applicable) photos of the damage. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where the fault is ours or the carrier's, reship the order or issue a full refund at your choice.
